Tournament Application & Registration Process
The 2008 SCOR Warm-Up Tournament application/registration process is divided into two (2) stages:
Stage 1 (application):
By July 15, 2008 each interested team should submit an online application and an entry fee of $400 to SCOR.
Stage 2 (registration):
In early August, 2008, SCOR will notify (by email) those teams that have been accepted to the tournament and each member of the accepted team will be required to complete a Player Registration and Release Form and a Medical Release Form both of which are available in the Document Center.
