If you are available to join the referee team at the SCOR Warmup Tournament on Saturday/Sunday, August 30th & 31st , please provide the following information to the Tournament Referee Coordinators:

Home and cell phone #'s
Referee grade and years of experience
(Grade 9's must be accompanied by a referee parent or older sibling)

By tournament time, we will need to know:

Availability; Saturday/Sunday, a.m./p.m./both
If you are also playing on a team, or have a relative playing, and what team age/town information
Do you have any age group preferences?
