SCOR Warm-Up Tournament Advanced T-shirt Sales

To all Coaches,
The Soccer Club of Ridgefield is offering your team an advanced sale option, which will allow your team to order the T-shirt prior to the tournament and conveniently pick them up at registration. You will also have the added opportunity to purchase for your team the night of registration.
T-shirts will be a standard T-shirt in white with the tournament patch design on the front and tournament 25th anniversary logo on the back. The T-shirts are available in long sleeve and short sleeve.
To preorder:
- Fill out the form below no later than August 26th, 2008
- When you finish, click the "Create Form" button below the order form. This will open a new browser window with a printable order form.
- Print this form and return it along with your check payable to SCOR to:
